Three. Our lucky number. It’s in our name – 3Leaf. If you multiply 3×2 you get six, which is how many different edibles we offer. And, 3Leaf was just at Hall of Flowers Season 3!
This was the biggest Hall of Flowers yet. It was our first time attending, but from what we’ve heard, they keep getting better and better. With three massive halls showcasing cannabis brands and businesses, multiple luxurious consumption areas, an entire section dedicated to local food trucks, and another hall for the speaker series, we could not believe the scale and enormity of it all. It was a perfect testament to the legal cannabis industry and its evolution.
This canna-business expo took place over two days at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds in Santa Rosa, CA. Hall of Flowers brings together brands and businesses across the legal cannabis industry. You’ll find cannabis companies leading the way in cannabis technology and software, as well as delivery services, dispensary buyers, distributors, farmers, and growers. And then there’s the brands showcasing flower, tinctures, topicals, edibles, vapes, beverages, and accessories. This is what makes the legal cannabis industry’s wheels turn. And Hall of Flowers is at the forefront of moving the modern cannabis industry forward.
Hall of Flowers is a licensed, industry-only tradeshow. Just as 3Leaf has a license in order to manufacture and sell edibles, Hall of Flowers has a cannabis license that allows for the buying and selling of cannabis goods, as well as on-site consumption. Without approval from the State of California, none of this would happen.
There’s no way to move forward in the legal cannabis market without proper education. Creating a new understanding of cannabis, and dispelling the myths and mis-information from the War on Drugs era, is a must. We appreciate that Hall of Flowers makes education a cornerstone of their trade shows. The speaker series at Season 3 provided a wide variety of perspectives from people in all parts of the cannabis industry and community. We caught the talk at the end of the day on Cannabis Curiosity & Creative Connections with April Pride of Van der Pop, Kate Miller of Miss Grass, and Vanessa Lavorato of Marigold Sweets and VICELAND’s Bong Appétit. The biggest takeaways: share what you know, learn by asking questions, and don’t let your anxiety push you off your path!
It was amazing to see so many professionals, go-getters, and creatives from the legal cannabis industry gathered together in one incredible space. We’re proud to belong to this community, to be part of a movement that works to ensure consumers can access and enjoy quality, safe, and effective cannabis products. Based on what we saw at HoF Season 3 premium quality, all natural edibles such as 3Leaf are an important part of the cannabis experience for users, new and experienced.
Thank you to Hall of Flowers for having us! Keep an eye out for 3Leaf at Season 4!

September should be the month for resolutions instead of January. Hear us out. September brings routine, schedules, and commitments, i.e. order. Summer is without-a-doubt great, but we can all admit that between July and August routines relax, priorities slip, and less gets done at work – we won’t tell your boss if you don’t tell ours. September brings a welcome bit of structure back into all aspects of our lives. And structure brings clarity. In January, you’re still in holiday mode. You’re coming down from the abundance of food and festivities, and you’re also dealing with the cold drudge of winter. This is a terrible time to set positive intentions for yourself. Yes, September means your kids are back at school, which means you have projects to help with and plays and sporting events to attend. And yes, with your boss back from summer vacation you can’t leave the office an hour early. But, like we said September brings structure and order, and these bring clarity. If you still can’t see it our way, if all you can see is the mountain of social, parental, and professional commitments that you have to live up to until Christmas break, come to our party.
You read it right. 3Leaf is having a party – a social commitment you’ll actually want to attend – and it’s a celebration of back to routine and back to school! We teamed up with our friend Cyntivee to celebrate September, back to school, and all the ways in which cannabis can help you prepare for the busy season ahead! First, check out some of what you can expect from the event, including topics we’ll be discussing with our interactive panel of cannabis experts:
After, we’ll give you all the details for 3Leaf & Cyntivee’s Enlighten and Elevate: Canna-Basics for Back to School.
Busting Cannabis Myths
Consuming cannabis does not make you a bad person, nor does it make you a bad parent. In fact, parents are one of the largest population segments who consume cannabis daily. In a study of 10,000 California cannabis consumers, one in five respondents were parents, and of that, 63% consume cannabis daily. You can read all about this in the report on Modern Cannabis Consumers from Eaze.
95% of parents surveyed reduced their opiate use because of cannabis consumption.
The report also shows that 78% of parents surveyed drink alcohol, and of that, 88% reduced their drinking because of their cannabis consumption. In addition, 51% of parents surveyed have been prescribed opiates. Of that percentage, 95% reduced their opiate use because of cannabis consumption. Those are staggering statistics.
Given how busy our lives are, it isn’t surprising that Americans are searching for a way to help unwind at the end of the day or sleep through the night. Who wants to wake up at 2 a.m. with a racing mind, honestly? The effects of a couple of glasses of wine after a day of meetings and getting one kid to swimming and the other to gymnastics are a warm and welcome benefit. But when those effects carry into the next day by way of a hangover, and you feel hazy and tired or short on patience, this doesn’t do anything for you or your kids or your partner or your co-workers. Cannabis offers an effective alternative to a glass of wine at the end of the day, especially a low-dose of cannabis. A ratio-infused edible with 5mg of THC and 5mg of CBD, like 3Leaf’s Peanut Butter Cookie and Double Chocolate Cookie, provide relaxing effects that you’re looking for, minus the hangover the following day. Moreover, 3Leaf edibles offer low-calorie and low-sugar option so you can enjoy the benefits of cannabis without the guilt. Where the average 5oz. glass of wine has 120 calories, 3Leaf’s natural Fruit Jellies, on the other hand, contain 10 calories per piece.
Cannabis can also act as an effective sleep-aid, making it the perfect natural alternative to prescribed sleep medication and opioids. 3Leaf’s Quinoa Granola Bite and Coconut Oatmeal Cookie are often enjoyed 30 to 45 minutes before bed. Many enjoy the combination of 10mg of THC distillate with high-quality, low-sugar ingredients like quinoa, oats, and agave nectar:
“These edibles were great because I was able to get pain relief and an uplifting experience (probably from the superfoods) and then when I upped my dosage I was able to get the sleep relief I needed.”
You must have questions after reading that cannabis can be a great substitute for your glass of wine and prescription medication. That’s completely understandable. Come to Enlighten and Elevate: Canna-Basics for Back to School on September 26 where you’ll have ample opportunity to ask all of your cannabis questions to our panel of cannabis experts, which includes Dr. Jessica Knox, CEO of the American Cannabinoid Group. She belongs to a family of reputable physicians, “with backgrounds in Emergency Medicine, Anesthesia, Family Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Preventive Medicine,” all of whom, “are internationally recognized as thought leaders in the care of the endocannabinoid system and cannabis therapeutics.”
Cannabis for Wellness
The art of balancing the duties of parenting with professional goals and expectations, along with making personal time for yourself is exactly that, an art. This pressure exists in society today like we’ve never seen before. There’s an expectation to be the best parent, the hardest worker, the most loving partner. That’s a lot of things to be great at all at once; it’s a lot to live up to. It can be overwhelming. It’s no wonder that people are cracking under the pressure with anxiety.
The statistics above show that cannabis offers an effective way to manage and alleviate anxiety. You can find out the other ways in which cannabis benefits Californian’s health and wellness in this 2017 report. Or, if you’d like first-hand information, come to our event on September 26 in Oakland to hear from Jennifer Skog, Founder and Editor-In-Chief of MJ Lifestyle. Jennifer has tons of experience with balancing multiple priorities at once – she’s been doing so with the help of cannabis for the past couple decades. Jennifer has taken her background as a fashion photographer and creative director and applied it to cannabis. Her work aims to alleviate the shame and stigma associated with being a cannabis consumer by showing that all kinds of people use cannabis for a wide variety of reasons. She shows cannabis and the people who enjoy its benefits in an elevated light. She’ll be on the panel alongside Dr. Knox to share her knowledge and answer your questions.
Introduction to micro-dosing with edibles
Not only will there be an interactive panel with a Q&A at Enlighten and Elevate: Canna-Basics for Back to School on September 26, we’re also premiering EDIBLES 101, a video from Item9 Productions. The video is hosted by Cynthia Villamizer, Founder of Cyntivee and our amazing partner in bringing this upcoming event to you! The video takes a thorough look at micro-dosing with edibles and how this can benefit you and your busy active life. We don’t want to give anything else away though! You can get a first look at the EDIBLES 101 video and ask Cynthia your questions after if you join us at the EVB Lounge in Oakland on September 26.
To give you an idea of what to expect, watch the recap video of the last event Cynthia hosted in the Enlighten and Elevate series:
What to know about shopping at a licensed dispensary
As a new consumer, getting up the nerve to shop at a dispensary can be a big hurdle to overcome. We understand if you have questions on your mind, such as: how do I talk to a budtender; what do I need to bring; is the place clean and safe; what kind of cannabis product am I even looking for? To help alleviate your angst, we’re giving you the opportunity to ask some of your questions at our upcoming event.
Kevin Ahaesy, Founder and CEO of ECO Cannabis, will be on the panel to give you a true depiction of a licensed California dispensary. ECO Cannabis is an Oakland dispensary known for its stunning interior aesthetic and outstanding service. Their staff has a reputation for being friendly, inviting, and above all else, knowledgeable. Kevin is regarded for his active support of Oakland’s cannabis equity program, which aims to address and repair the adverse effects of cannabis policies on members of minority and low-income communities.
You can check out a previous 3Leaf blog post, to find out what to know before talking to a budtender, but you definitely do not want to miss what Kevin and the rest of the panel has to say at the event on September 26!

Picture this: it’s 4:20 p.m., 1971, in San Rafael, California. A group of high school friends known as “The Waldos” just met up – it’s time for their daily ritual. They have their joints rolled and their treasure map ready. This is where it all began; this is the legend of 4/20.
The Legend of 4/20
No, we’re not kidding. This really is how 4/20 started. It’s said that The Waldos would meet every day to search for a patch of cannabis with a map they had been given by one of their brothers. He was a Coast Guard who was worried about getting caught for growing plants, and he told them that if they found the patch they could keep it. What started as a group of friends enjoying cannabis and searching for treasure on a hand-drawn map has turned into a holiday in the likes of St. Patrick’s Day and Mardi Gras.
Around the world, April 20 is a day to both celebrate legalization and advocate to destigmatize and decriminalize cannabis. Internationally, communities will celebrate in all kinds of ways. Canadians will be celebrating their first 4/20 with legalized adult-use on Parliament Hill in Ottawa. Canada is the only G7 country and the second country in the world to legalize cannabis for adult-use. Here in California, we’ll be celebrating our second fully legal 4/20. It’s amazing to see people in our State finally benefit from access to cannabis for both recreational and medical needs. April 20th marks more than just a day to celebrate cannabis, it’s a day to advocate for things like federal legalization in the United States to give more people access to the many benefits provided by this amazing plant.
4/20: True or False
Whether you’re new to cannabis or have been partaking since bell-bottoms and feathered hair was the latest, the key to experiencing the day is sharing with friends. So, grab a pack of 3Leaf Fruit Jellies – four jellies per bag makes them perfect for sharing – and pick a few of your favorite people to play a little game of True or False: 4/20 Edition:
There’s a highway in Ontario, Canada called Highway 420. Cannabis used to grow there freely in the 1960s.
True
420 is a police radio dispatch code for cannabis.
False.
4/20 is the day that Bob Marley died.
False.
California’s Medical Marijuana Program Act is also known as S.B. 420.
True
There are 420 known chemical compounds in cannabis.
False.
All the clocks in the film Pulp Fiction are set to 4:20.
False – but nearly all of them are set to 4:20. A couple of serious movie-buffs found a few clocks that were off.
Come hang with the 3Leaf team! We’ll be hosting demos across California at some of the best licensed dispensaries around. You can ask us any anything about 3Leaf and how we make our products, and find out more about the effects of edibles and cannabis. We’ll also have delicious non-dosed 3Leaf samples! And, these stores are offering epic 4/20 deals. You should definitely stop by!
And at the end of the day, stop by NEWERA’s420 Spring Blossom Soirée at Hotel Kabuki in San Francisco. This is going to be a beautifully curated event with a cherry blossom Zen garden and live performances from some of the Bay Area’s most talented artists. To perfectly elevate the evening, NEWERA is offering an exclusive product bundle just for the event. The420 bundle is valued at 50% off its list price, and it includes premium edibles from 3Leaf and Kiva, an infused tea from Kikoko, and pre-rolls from Humboldt Legends. You canorder it here starting Friday, April 19, at 4:20 p.m. You have until 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 20 to take advantage of this amazing offer!
One of the things we love most about cannabis is the fact that it brings people together. No matter how you choose to celebrate on 4/20, in a small gathering or withtens of thousands of people, please be safe and smart! Consume responsibly; remember, start with a low dose and increase gradually so that you can enjoy the whole day.

You just left a licensed dispensary with some cannabis-infused edibles that your friends recommended. They told you about a few of the positive experiences they had, and you’re looking forward to trying them out. But first, you have to get through an afternoon of work and also get a workout in. Someone told you that taking an edible before exercise can be beneficial, but you decide to hold off since you’re still new to this. As you walk back to the office you wonder, “will these be okay in my bag until later tonight; how long do edibles keep for in general; when will they go bad?”
Any cannabis-infused edibles purchased in a licensed dispensary will have a “best-by” or “expiry” date on the label. Just like any food product, start by checking the date before making a purchase. Note that some edibles will have an expiry date as long as 12 months, while others can be intended for enjoyment sooner and have a best-by date of five or six months.
Now that you’re edibles are home, you have to figure out a way to store them. Storage plays a key role in preserving the shelf life of your infused edible. In general, to keep your edibles fresh and effective, it’s best to store them away from intense heat, light, and oxygen. Keep them in their sealed package and store in a cool, dark place to maintain freshness. While sunlight and heat shouldn’t impact the cannabis potency, the taste, texture, and overall experience can be adversely affected.
How a product is formulated and the ingredients it contains also affect the shelf-life of an infused edible. When it comes to edibles, it’s important to consider how long it will last as a food product more so than worrying about the degradation of potency. It takes a long time for edibles to lose their potency, especially if you store them properly.
It’s also important to note that not all infused edibles are created equal. Some brands will use preservatives and artificial ingredients to help extend the shelf-life of their edibles to around 12 months. Often, you’ll find more preservatives in cannabis-infused gummies and chocolate than you will in baked goods like cookies or brownies.
With 3Leaf, you’ll find that we took a different approach to edibles; we put the food first and deliver a trusted cannabis experience along with it.
Regardless of whether you choose one of our bakedDouble Chocolate Cookies, aQuinoa Granola Bite, or theStrawberry Fruit Jellies, our products are best enjoyed within the first six months. This is because we do not use any preservatives, artificial colors, or pre-processed ingredients in our recipes, and we never will! We formulated our products to be enjoyed shortly after they’re purchased so that you can get the most out of the high-quality ingredients in each recipe. We aim to craft edibles that you can enjoy with confidence, both as a food product and a cannabis-infused product.
At 3Leaf, not only have we taken the time to consider the ingredients that go into our products, but we’ve also carefully thought through the packaging that they are contained in. As we mentioned, storage plays a key role in preserving your edible, which is why we designed a package that maintains quality and freshness. To get the most out of your 3Leaf edibles, we recommend that you keep them somewhere relatively cool and dark like a cupboard or drawer. Just don’t leave them out in the hot California sun for too long, just as you wouldn’t with any other foods you have at home. 3Leaf products are sold in a resealable, child-proof bag so that you can store these products in your home without having to worry.
When all is said and done, the key to maintaining the quality, freshness, and potency of your edible lies in thinking of them as a food product first. Consider the ingredients in your edible, and whether or not it contains any preservatives. If a product doesn’t have a best before date on the package, you can ask your budtender for more information. Once you’ve made your purchase, Remember, most infused edibles should be to stored in a cool, dark place and kept tightly sealed. At 3Leaf, we do things a little bit different, but ultimately it’s because we want you to enjoy the food first and trust the cannabis experience that we promise.

From NCAA defensive lineman weighing over 300 pounds to fit-bodied reality tv-star, Dexter Holman tells 3Leaf about his weight loss journey and how cannabis helped motivate him while overcoming stress, pressure, and Khloe Kardashian.
You grew up in Georgia and played football for years. Has cannabis always been a part of your life?
When I was growing up, like everybody else, I didn’t associate cannabis with being an athlete. It was something that I would do in the off-season in both high-school and college because of the risk of getting in trouble
I played college football at Coastal Carolina University. I was playing defensive tackle, which means I was really, really big. I had gained a lot of weight. I was gaining about 25 pounds per year. And while it was intentional, it wasn’t healthy weight and it got out of control. I lost myself in trying to be this football player, trying to make it in the NFL. I didn’t make it, and once everything was over, all I had left was all this weight.
My cannabis use really kicked into gear when I was trying to lose weight. At my biggest, I was 328 pounds and when I moved to California I weighed 275 pounds. I moved out here knowing I wanted to make myself better and also motivate others at the same time.
In 2016, Dexter moved to California with the intent of launching his career as a stand-up comedian. While performing at The Lexington in Los Angeles a producer from Khloe Kardashian’s Revenge Body asked him to be a part of the show. What ensued was nothing short of a physical and mental rollercoaster.
It was 14 weeks of filming and there is no way I would have made it through that without cannabis [laughs]. It was one of the most stressful situations I’ve ever been in; it was a lot of pressure. And I was putting my body through so many things that it wasn’t used to.
At that time, I was alone and kind of depressed. And cannabis helped me to get out of that depression, out of that feeling of helplessness, and back to that feeling that I could do things. It helped me realize that I am not my fat and I am not my weight.
One of the coolest things I got to do while I was on the show was work out with Michael B. Jordan. At my heaviest I was working out with him, and I remember thinking that the only difference between me and Michael B. Jordan is habits. It’s what you choose to do on a daily basis. So I changed all my habits because I want my habits to represent what I want for my life. I don’t want to just take what I can get. My goal every day is to make myself better than yesterday.
What does a typical day of training look like for you, and how does cannabis benefit your routine?
Today, I ran a mile-and-a-half to the gym and followed it with an upper body workout – triceps, biceps, shoulders, and back. Then I sweat it out in the sauna for 25 minutes and ran the mile-and-a-half back home. I typically train for two to three hours a day.
People think that cannabis is only for getting stoned, but that isn’t true – just look at me. It puts you in an optimal state of consciousness where you can really focus on yourself and the task at hand.
Before a workout, I use it to help me get into the moment. Micro-dosing helps me get into that flow-state, it’s perfect for that. It puts you in a state where you aren’t spaced out and your coordination isn’t off. It quiets my thoughts about everybody else, my relationships, my stresses, and whatever else I have going on in my life – it lets me just be in that moment. And that’s where I like to be when I workout. I like to be in the moment and not focused on anything except for my workout because that’s what gets the best results.
After, it helps me with my pain management. Initially, I was always sore because I was working out so much more than I was used to. I’ll get a massage with CBD topicals after a workout to help my muscles from getting sore throughout the day. I also use it for sleep management – rest is crucial for recovery. I’ll smoke and eat edibles to help me get a good sleep. I wouldn’t recommend it to the whole world, but for me personally, it’s what helps me.
For those who are interested in incorporating cannabis into their fitness routine, what would you recommend?
I think the best way to start out is doing something more like yoga, something that you can ease into so that you can observe your body and how it reacts to the cannabis and your movements.
A lot of times before hitting the gym people will feel like, “ah, I don’t want to be here.” But when you get in that flow-sate from cannabis it puts you in that moment, in that headspace of: I’m here and I just want to do the best that I possibly can with my time. And micro-dosing is perfect for that. Really, it’s up to you to figure out what works for you. Micro-dosing is definitely a good place to start though.
Dexter knows what works for him and doesn’t recommend his consumption methods or dose for everyone. Similar to what Gina discusses in our last post, dosage and preferred consumption method are entirely personal.

Balance. It’s something we all strive for, and we make choices every day that tip the scales one way or the other. Things like deciding whether to stay late at the office, or leave early to make it home for dinner with the family; to sit at your desk to get through emails or take 30 minutes to get a workout in; to choose the buttery scone or bowl of oats to go with your latte order. It’s all a part of the human experience, something we’re all trying to navigate.
If you are suffering from decision fatigue, one less thing you have to worry about is choosing between THC and CBD. Ratio products offer a combination of the two, and have become increasingly popular with those who want to experience the benefits of both cannabinoids for what many call a balanced cannabis experience. If you’re curious about the effects of ratio products, read on to gain a basic understanding of the two most popular cannabinoids and what you can expect when consuming them together.
Wait, you keep using the word cannabinoid. What is that?
Cannabinoids are a class of chemical compounds that produce a diverse range of healing and therapeutic effects. There are two types of cannabinoids: endocannabinoids are naturally produced within the human body and phytocannabinoids are found within the trichomes of the cannabis plant.
A cannabis bud covered in trichomes. A close-up of a trichome.
Both phyto- and endocannabinoids work with receptors in our endocannabinoid system (ECS). which plays a key role in maintaining homeostasis within our body.
The ECS works to balance the effects of both internal and external stressors, and it would not be able to do so without the help of cannabinoids.
The two most commonly recognized receptors in the ECS are CB1 and CB2. CB1 receptors are predominantly found in the central nervous system and peripheral organs, and CB2 receptors are primarily located in the immune system.
Now let’s take a look at two of the most commonly recognized cannabinoids and the effects they produce before we learn how they work together.
Tetrahydrocannabinol – more than a means to an elevated state of being.
Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is known for its elevating and uplifting effects, commonly referred to as a high. THC is typically associated with recreational cannabis use because of the feelings of euphoria that it’s able to produce. But its medicinal properties should not be overlooked.
Research shows that THC can act as an effective antidepressant. A low-dose can elevate mood and calm anxiety, and is proven to be useful in treating post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as severe depression and anxiety. In one particular study, THC showed significant antidepressant like effects when the participants consumed a dose of 2.5 mg – a micro-dose by community standards.
Not only can THC improve our mental-state, it’s also known to treat various physical ailments and issues. It offers relief from chronic pain, acts as a powerful anti-inflammatory – helpful for those with arthritis – and is proven to alleviate nausea and vomiting – often a side-effect of chemotherapy treatment.
It’s important to note that THC is a powerful psychoactive stimulant that can produce intoxicating effects, which can be disorienting and sometimes unpleasant. To avoid any adverse effects, start with a micro- or low-dose of THC, and if you choose to increase the dose, do it slowly. Wait at least two hours before consuming more, especially with edibles as it takes longer to feel the effects.
Another way to mitigate the chance of feeling over-stimulated from THC is to incorporate CBD into your consumption method.
Cannabidiol – healing, therapeutic, and so much more.
Cannabidiol (CBD) is appealing to many because it produces a myriad of healing and medicinal effects, but is non-intoxicating. If you want to avoid feeling high, CBD is a great option for you.
After consuming CBD, you will typically feel more relaxed and less tense.
In a study from HelloMD, 80 percent of respondents said that they found CBD to be an effective form of treatment. Those who participated in the study used CBD most commonly for insomnia, depression, anxiety, and joint pain. CBD is also proven to effectively treat such issues as: epileptic seizures, muscle convulsions and spasms, psoriasis and eczema, and inflammation.
CBD has become increasingly popular amongst those who are physically active. After a workout, a dose of CBD will help relieve aches and pains and keep your muscles from tensing up. And, since CBD is non-intoxicating, you can feel great about consuming after your early-morning workout before you head into the office. The CBD will allow your body to feel relaxed while allowing your mind to feel clear- the perfect combination for tackling the day ahead.
Better together: when THC and CBD are combined.
The harmonious combination of THC and CBD produces a unique set of benefits that cannot be achieved when consumed on their own.
Because of the way in which CBD interacts with our ECS receptors, CBD tends to elevate the positive effects of THC while minimizing the negative. By inhibiting THC’s ability to bind with our receptors, you are able to avoid any overstimulation, and instead achieve a more relaxed state-of-being. And, CBD actually slows down the breakdown of THC in the liver, therefore prolonging the medicinal effects of THC. It isn’t all one sided though. THC enhances the effects of CBD, because it binds more effectively with our CB1 receptors.
Ratio products are offered in different combinations, so you can choose from a variety of ratios to meet your specific needs:
Lower in THC and higher in CBD, i.e. 2.5 mg THC to 25 mg of CBD. This combination will allow you to enjoy the medicinal benefits of CBD with a mild psychoactive experience from the THC.
Equal parts THC and CBD, i.e. 5 mg of THC to 5 mg of CBD. Remember, the THC will elevate the healing effects of CBD, while the CBD will calm the elevating effects of THC. This allows for a relaxing, therapeutic experience.
We still have a long way to go in understanding the effects of both cannabinoids individually and collectively, but there is enough evidence to prove that the combination of the two are certainly effective. Both offer the benefits of alleviating chronic pain, minimizing anxiety, treating depression, and acting as an anti-inflammatory and sleep-aid. But when combined, the two are all the more powerful.
We are excited to share with you that 3Leaf will be releasing our line of Ratio Treats soon! Our Double Chocolate Cookie and Peanut Butter Cookie combine 5 mg of THC with 5 mg of CBD for a perfectly balanced cannabis experience. The various benefits of each cannabinoid listed above are contained in a delicious treat with zero cannabis taste. And yes, while these products are an indulgence on the decadent side, you can rest assured that we still use only the highest quality ingredients when crafting each premium edible. The big announcement of their release date is coming soon, so be sure to stay connected with us on Instagram and Facebook, and subscribe to our newsletter.
